| This product is extracted from fresh egg yolk. It is a kind of light yellow or golden brown wax-like materials. It has soft texture and smooth feeling, with mild egg taste. When exposed to air, its color will be darkening. It is soluble in alcohol, ether or hexane and other organic solvents, but insoluble in water or acetone. |
